GV KN50BD Bed Frame - 5ft Queen | Solid Walnut

There are bed frames, and then there are statements. The GV KN50BD belongs firmly in the second category. Crafted in rich solid walnut with a tall vertical-panel headboard, brass accent joinery, and a substantial panel footboard, this is the kind of bed that defines the room around it - not the other way around. At 152.5 × 190.5cm, it is built for a queen, in every sense of the word.

Key Features

• Solid Walnut Construction - Every major component of the KN50BD is crafted from solid walnut timber, bringing the warmth, character, and structural integrity that only genuine solid wood can deliver. Each piece carries its own unique grain pattern, knot detail, and tonal variation - making every bed frame a one-of-a-kind object.
• Tall Vertical-Panel Headboard - The commanding headboard rises tall above the mattress, divided into vertical panels that create rhythm and visual interest across its face. It anchors the bed as the room’s centerpiece and eliminates the need for additional wall art or decoration behind it.
• Brass Accent Joinery - Subtle brass/gold joinery accents at the headboard panel joints add a considered touch of warmth and craftsmanship detail that elevates the KN50BD above purely utilitarian furniture into the territory of designed objects.
• Solid Panel Footboard - The full-height solid walnut footboard completes the frame with the same material integrity as the headboard, creating a cohesive enclosure that defines the sleeping space and looks equally strong from the foot of the room.
• Chunky Square Corner Posts - The four substantial corner posts provide the structural backbone of the frame while reinforcing the bed’s bold, confident character - their exposed grain adding to the natural material story.
• Natural Walnut Character - Walnut is one of the most prized timbers in furniture making for good reason - its warm chocolate-brown tones, occasional knots, and organic grain variation give the KN50BD a depth of character that improves with age and resists the dated feel that synthetic finishes develop over time.
• Interior Versatility - The KN50BD’s warm natural walnut pairs beautifully across a wide range of interior directions from crisp minimalist white and grey, to earthy Japandi oat and terracotta, to rich jungle botanical green. A bed that adapts to how your style evolves.

In the Bedroom

Dressed in white linen in a minimal room with sheer curtains and nothing competing for attention - the walnut speaks for itself. Layered in oat linen and terracotta knit in a Japandi setting with a ceramic bud vase and dried stems the walnut grounds the calm. Surrounded by monstera, aloe, and cactus in a botanical jungle room under warm pendant light the walnut belongs there too. That is the mark of genuinely good furniture: it does not impose a story. It joins yours.
