Orders leave our Hulhumale' godown packed for the trip, not just boxed. Large furniture and mattresses are carried in, unwrapped, positioned in the room you choose, and the packaging goes back out with our crew.
Atoll and resort freight
Tell us your island and we quote the freight separately from the product price, because a crate to Addu and a crate to a Kaafu resort are not the same journey. Goods travelling by cargo dhoni are crated and wrapped for a wet deck crossing, and you get a reference before the boat leaves Male'.
Measure before you order
Island doorways, stairwells and lift cars are the real constraint, not the room. Every large item on this site lists its dimensions so you can check the route in before you buy. Send us your measurements if you want us to check it with you.
Lead times
Stocked items are dispatched within one to two working days. Indent items, fitted kitchens and made-to-order wardrobes are confirmed in writing with a lead time before any deposit is taken.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the crate before you open it and tell us within 48 hours. Sea freight is hard on furniture and we would rather replace a panel than argue about it.
